My week always begins with a morning yoga session down by the beach. Nothing makes a better start of the week and your body really benefits from doing yoga weekly. I practise alone, as it saves me money not going to a yoga studio, being a student living in an expensive city, that is one way I save. I practised yoga for a long time in studios before I went on by myself, so if you are new to yoga, always get lessons first, and when you feel confident enough to go on by yourself, check in with a mentor once in a while to improve and strengthen your yoga skills.
