Having a yoga mat is something any yogi would need, so me being such a strong advocate for the environment felt like sharing two sustainable companies to get your yoga mat from.
Many mats have dangerous PVC, Toxic glues, and other nasty chemicals, so making sure you buy a mat that is good for the environment and for yourself should be of importance to you.

YOGI PEACE CLUB. & SALLY MUSTANG

ECO BENEFITS:

Free from the nasties – latex, silicone, toxic glue, PVC, Chlorine and Phthalates. No toxic smell.

My yoga mat is a sacred place I spend a lot of time on, so both how it looks, feels and affect the environment are all equally important aspects of purchasing a mat.

Good morning wonderful people, Its Friday morning here in Oslo, I´m having a slow morning before work. My weekend is going to be busy, so today was the only day I could allow for a sleep in and quiet morning.

If you are around Oslo this weekend I hope you are going to check out the Vegan & Vegetarian festival?!

I´m really exited about it, I´ve heard only great things, so I cant wait. There will be several happenings both Saturday and Sunday; cooking classes, food tastings, entertainment on stage, talks and so on…

Check out their event

OSLO VEG FESTIVAL

So if  you are in Oslo, I hope you will check it out and you dont have to be a full time vegan or vegetarian to go, everyone is welcome.

Go with an open mind and an open heart to learn and experience new ways of living.

Hi lovelies, is that time of the month again when I share a mindful & Eco tip with you lovely people. Living mindful & ethical is a passionate eye-opening journey, so I hope I can inspire you to become a bit more mindful joining me on this incredible journey that I´m so very passionate about.

CLEAN UP RUBBISH ON YOUR TRIPS, YOUR WALKS IN NATURE & ANYWHERE YOU ARE OUTSIDE…

Our precious nature and planet is drowning in our manmade rubbish, so its therefore our responsibility to clean up after ourselves. We are making a huge mess around us, harming our planet, humans and animals. It is time to take action against our waist problem and start cleaning up, even if you didn´t leave it there, pick it up.

Your rubbish is everybody’s responsibility

Its Monday evening, but feels like Sunday evening as we have had a long weekend.
I´m watching the trees & leafs through my livingroom window, they are moving gracefully. It is a calming and soothing movement, therapeutic.

It is amazingly lush and green around Oslo now, which makes me smile and feel incredible happy. I always try to spend a lot of time in nature, to feel connected to our natural surroundings, mindfully observing nature & connecting with myself. Three days of time spent outside, walking barefoot, smelling the beautiful smells of spring and observing has recharged my batteries for a new week. Living in a city, sometimes we simply forget to be outside around natural elements. So if you feel that you need more time in nature, do something about it now.

I´m back in Norway for a few days now, and the weather here has been amazing, the trees are all beautifully covered with green leafs again, flowers are blossoming and it smells like spring. Oslo is a completely different world through this time of year compared to winter, fascinating.

My month in Bali were amazing, I´ve already shared a bit about it and I do feel that the blog will be more focused on this new journey I´m on. Going to Bali one of my main focuses was obviously to become a qualified yoga teacher, which I am now. That feels amazing, but there is so much more to it than what I had in mind. I can´t wait to share the path of real yoga with more people. I´m so grateful to life leading me in this direction and making me take the first step in a direction which I love so much. Teaching yoga will not be about offering people a fitness class, but to give them the option to connect deeper with them selves.

SO MUCH LOVE FOR THESE AMAZING GIRLS, THAN YOU FOR MAKING THIS THE BEST MONTH OF MY LIFE.

live your truth everyone

My time in Indonesia have almost come to an end. At least for this time around, however that does not mean my spiritual journey will end. It has only just begun, I cant wait to continue down this road of life changing experiences that lay ahead. I´ve learnt so much about myself the last weeks, made new amazing inspiring friends, that I will be grateful to forever & learnt the true meaning of yoga. I´m overwhelmed, so much to process and take in, keep growing within the spiritual practise, hoping to inspire more people to join me on this amazing journey. I cant wait to share more of my new journey with you guys soon and the true meaning of a yogic lifestyle.
