Its Monday evening, but feels like Sunday evening as we have had a long weekend.
I´m watching the trees & leafs through my livingroom window, they are moving gracefully. It is a calming and soothing movement, therapeutic.

It is amazingly lush and green around Oslo now, which makes me smile and feel incredible happy. I always try to spend a lot of time in nature, to feel connected to our natural surroundings, mindfully observing nature & connecting with myself. Three days of time spent outside, walking barefoot, smelling the beautiful smells of spring and observing has recharged my batteries for a new week. Living in a city, sometimes we simply forget to be outside around natural elements. So if you feel that you need more time in nature, do something about it now.
