Being in nature is one of the key elements to happy and healthy life, so go out and spend more time in your organic surroundings. I´m spending time outside wherever I go and when I can choose I usually choose destinations away from main cities. I´m a nature traveller at heart not a city traveller. We have been surrounded by much amazing nature and lovely small towns here in Spain. So much character, use of natural elements on all structures. A range of different flowers, trees and cactuses, especially all the olive trees in the hillside, its stunning. Cliffs surrounding the little port towns, meeting the crystal blue ocean.

Shamanism and the philosophy of yoga are the topics that is taking up my current dedicated reading time. Shamanism and healing is practises that I find very interesting and I need to dive deeper into this world. I  believe we can use it to cure a lot of problems in peoples life´s, much of it is also very relevant to yoga and meditation.
The philosophy of yoga is in my opinion necessary reads if you wish to take your role as a yoga teacher serious and / or your personal practise, as yoga is not about the movement, its yoga as a way of life. You should live. breath. eat. do yoga every second of you life, if you truly wish to obtain the true practise of yoga. I´m hoping to reach that level of perfection someday, but it might not be in this lifetime. 


My absolute favourite poem is with me as bookmark. As I carry my book with me almost everywhere I go, I always have this poem with me.
I feel this poem with my whole body, my heart and my soul.





Hola from Spain.
I´m on a family vacation exploring the part of Mallorca that has less nordic tourists, and a real feeling of being in Spain. Living in a rustic AirBnb with views of mountains and nature. Our closest neighbour’s are out of sight, so its very much like being all alone on the countryside, with roosters waking us up in the morning. It is perfect location between the little Port town Pollenca on one side and the old town Pollenca on the other side. We are not much of a laying on the beach type of family, so we have a car going around exploring, which my restless soul is very pleased with.

People spend so much time commuting to get from one place to another. We often want to live more spacious, often resulting in moving away from the city, but spending more time on travel. I´m one of those people who prefer living cheaper, more spacious and closer to nature, so I therefore have to travel a bit more to get to work or social gatherings. Spending time on public transport can be in my opinion much waist of precious time. Time is running, we cant stop it and I´ve come to learn that I need to spend my precious time as well as I can. My current opinion on my own time use, is that it can get better, something I am working towards. In the mean time I still spend time on transport moving from A to B, so I have become very conscious about spending it as smart as possible.

I used to be one of those people sitting on the metro staring into my phone. Getting off the metro I started realising that I was spending almost 40 minutes everyday travelling. During the 40 minutes of travel I would do absolutely nothing useful. Facebook? Snapchat? Instagram? When I realised this, I started thinking about the number of times this had happened already. I made a choice right there;



Commuting more efficient is actually very easy. I have a few ways that I prefer. Either I read a book or I listen to podcasts. I also sometimes meditate.




I have also started using a bike and longboard, I´m still not comfortable with the longboard in the city, but around my hood is perfect. Using the bike is great, as going home is only uphill so that way I also get a good exercise out of it. 

If you are still one of the many commuting inefficiently, hopefully you are ready to spend your time more preciously and become more mindful of all the minutes of your day, spending them more efficient.

I have been practising meditation and mindfulness every day for the last six months, and it is truly changing my life making me a much more content, aware & happy person. I hope that every human out there will discover the benefits of meditation and find more balanced in their own life. Patiences is a thing I used to have very little of, patience with myself, with others, with progress, with my mind with jobs. With life. Patiences is growing on me,  it is something I have become very conscious of over the last year. When you start the journey of self-realisation and growth, you have to step outside of your own head and see your flaws and difficulties with new eyes, with honesty and with intention of making progress. One thing I have noticed is that the more patience I become with my own mind the easier it becomes with the influences around me.
