Good morning amazing tribe, I´m hoping that the new year have started off with good things for you and that you are on a path to becoming the best version of yourself and allowing your mind body and soul enough time for healing.

I´m still in Australia soaking up some much needed vitamin D from its most natural source, doing costal walks, a lot of physical yoga practise and reading 2-3 hours everyday. The last two weeks have been a time for me to charge the batteries and prepare for a new exiting year, with many new things being added to my life when I go back home. I want to be 200% present with myself, so I can put that energy into creating amazing things and help others to become more connected and conscious, becoming a better version of them self.

I believe that we all have to be in contact with ourselves and have a loving relationship with ourselves to be able to bring love and care to the world we live in. From my past experience I´ve learned that in order to heal and help the people around, you need to be in that state of unconditional love with yourself and your life. In order to maintain this state we need to nourish our mind, body and spirit.

TAKE THE TIME TO HEAL

This is so important, taking the time to heal.
For many of us living in harsh long winter conditions, we sometimes tend to need more nourishment than those living in warmer climate. Wherever you live, whatever your life situation is, take the time and listing to what your body is telling you. What are the signs of what you need?

I need warm weather and sun, not all the time, because I love the seasons and I love the winter, but my mind, body and soul does not love the winter and the darkness for 5 months straight. So one of my healing methods during the winter is to respect that I need sun, and take action and go where the sun is. When I get there, I make sure that I stay present and that I take the time to truly send love and thanks to the sun for healing me.

When I respect my body and listen to it, and pay attention to the signals, I notice the difference straight away. I allow myself time to heal. This results in me being able to bring more good vibes out to the world and little by little make this world a more loving place.

I hope from the deepest loving place in my heart that you see that that is so important and that you, if our not already healing yourself, will join me on this path. If you are unsure of what you need; start journaling. Writing down when you notice that you are having a hard time, notice what the reasons are and slowly start making a map of what type of healing you need for different times of the year and for different situations.

I hope you are ready to start the new year working on unconditional love for yourself and your own healing journey, so you can become a part of the love revolution, healing the world.
